Forever Friends Torn Edges

It's been that long I think I have forgot how to do this. I have made this card for the Forever Friends Challenge Torn Edges. I got this stamp on Saturday. Although I had no inclination to ink it up. I thought I'd give it a go today, I firstly coloured it with whisper pens and made a mess of that, so this particular image is painted with H2Os not brilliant but that's the best I can do or more honestly, I can be bothered my Mo has gone off with Jo again argh................. Hey Ho it's another Christmas card done who cares ha ha.

Recipe
  • Image - FF
  • Medium - H2Os watercolours
  • DP - FF and Paper Mill card stock
  • Tools - MS Punch and Oval Nesties Cuttlebug embossing folder
  • Flowers - Prima
  • Stash - Brad and ribbon
Thanks for stopping by and all you lovely comments they really do make me smile, so go on have a go.

Sketch by Sonja

Hi just a quickie today I managed to squeeze a quick card in between everything else, lol so here is my effort. I'm entering this for A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge a lovely sketch by Sonja. The image has been painted for a few weeks and it's been sailing around my desk waiting for a card lol. I painted the image using H2Os and quite chuffed with the end result it's so shimmery (can't see it on the photo sorry! I tried). The fish hat pin thing was an accident, I have to admit I was threading the fish with the needle and it got stuck, wouldn't budge and hey presto! cool hat pin. I guess somethings are meant to be.....

Recipe
  • Image - Penny Black
  • Medium - H2Os
  • Tools - MS Scallop punch, Nesties and xcut corner punch
  • DP - Hopscotch
  • Stash - Buttons, needle and fish bead
Hope your enjoying the sun and have a great evening, thanks for dropping in

A little bit of me!

Hi I thought I'd explain why I haven't been blogging, just incase you missed me lol. I've been visiting my home town for the week, hubby was away so I thought I'd take the girls to Grans. We had a whale of a time walking through the wooods onto the beach (my fav walk) brings back lots of happy memories, anyway weather was great, sun, sea and sand who could ask for anything more.

Well hopefully I'll get some images, painted this week and make some cards and catch up on some challenges, I've got lots of cards to make this week lots of birthdays coming up. Hope your enjoying the sunshine, I guess we have to enjoy while its here, have a great day.
